Boxing Training

Weight loss, increased agility, strength, fitness and coordination all result from boxing. Many think that boxing is all about the arms but its a complete body wortout. Boxing4Fitness incorporates the most advanced boxing training methods including HITT, Core, Cross Training & Circuit Training

HIIT Training

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time. You’ll move quickly through several exercise stations (eg Bagwork, Bicep Curls, Squat Jumps, Pads, Pressups) to work different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations.

Core Strength

Core work is essential for boxing and allows you to stabilize your spine, which improves and controls posture. Core training provides optimal motion for daily tasks and not only improves balance and functional movement, but also creates that toned look that so many people crave.
